Payment and File Release

Payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Deposits, installment payments, or final balances may be required depending on the service. Completed edits, roadmaps, manuscripts, cover files, publishing files, and other final deliverables are released after the required payment has been received in full.

Refunds, Revisions, and Cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and revision terms depend on the approved service scope and the amount of work already completed. Custom editorial, publishing, design, and roadmap work may not be refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any manuscript, images, references, names, quotes, or other materials they submit. Publishing Creative Creations may provide publishing guidance, but does not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, platform approval, or publication outcomes.
